Seasonal Window Art Terms of Service

The following terms apply to seasonal window art services provided by The Creative Art Nest.

• No refunds: Once the approved artwork has been painted on your windows, no refunds will be issued, except as required by law.
• Weather: If weather does not permit safe or proper painting, we will coordinate a new appointment date with you.
• Window preparation: Before our artists arrive, you must have all wasp nests, vinyl, dirt, and other obstructions removed from the areas where the approved design will be painted. If these areas are not ready, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
• Window cleaning: Complimentary cleaning is included for customers who book five or more painting sessions per calendar year. If you book fewer than five sessions, you agree to either remove previous artwork and clean the windows yourself before your appointment or pay our quoted window-cleaning fee.
